On 17th December 2021, PDS is present as a partner at the Hardware Journey Eco-System – Contest Day 2021. We are there to support the hardware development and provide consultation.
Conformal Coating is applied to electronic circuitry to protect against moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes. Its material is a thin polymeric film which conforms to the contours of a printed circuit board to protect the board's components.
A newly made printed circuit board will generally perform well, but performance can quickly deteriorate due to external factors during its operating environment. Conformal coating is one of the good options to prevent things like corrosion and electrical failures.

The additional new production line at PDS is up and running! We finished the line commissioning and tested all manufacturing parameters. The new production line is now for mass production use since February 2021.
Besides the additional pick and place machines that we installed (up and running now), we are delighted to announce the arrival of another lead free reflow oven from Heller. It can increase greatly our capacity and output. The machine is under calibration and setup.
We love to manufacture products to support the well-being of the senior citizens.
STICKU is one of the fabulous products that we manufactured. The designer idea is to lower the resistance of the elderly to digital products and thus reducing the safety risk. The product copes with loads of useful functions including Bluetooth connection, emergency call, anti-loss alert, fall down detection, smart light and warm. It can greatly help the senior citizens.
